First, because your body is unique, you might have to do a lot of trial-and-error testing before you find a remedy that works well for you. Often, a natural remedy doesn’t provide the immediate relief to your symptoms that pharmaceuticals do. If the root cause is being addressed, it may take longer to get relief because the body is healing itself and this doesn’t occur overnight.
